Most of these fabrics were inspired by a Mariner's Compass quilt in The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation archives. The quilt was made by Clarissa Dodge Marschalk, probably in New York. A scenic toile is also included in this collection, dated 1810. The beautiful designs and colors of these pieces will inspire you to make your own piece of history.
